We take care of small extras that materially improve the result and are reasonable within the agreed job. If the work needs substantially more time, a different treatment or a price change, we explain it first and only continue with your approval.

If something has a limit

Some scratches, stains, worn finishes and damaged surfaces cannot be removed safely. We tell you plainly rather than chase an unrealistic result or risk damage.
